In a study carried out by Great Place to Work and The Economic Times, NTPC has been adjudged as the Best Company to work in the Public Sector category for the year 2016. It has also been rated as the best company to work in Energy, Oil and Gas Industry. NTPC is 30th in the overall ranking with IOCL at 34.
