Idea Cellular, India's fourth-biggest cellular carrier, in a bid to provide value-added services to its customer has unveiled new 3G Data plans. The plan is for its prepaid and postpaid mobile customers in Maharashtra and Goa. With this, Idea has become the first GSM operator to have 3G unlimited plans on Mobile Phone and Data Cards.

The new data plans will now allow customers to experience unlimited 3G services with speed cap after 3 GB with a mere payment of Rs 750 for post-paid customers and Rs 950 pre-paid customers.

The company has introduced these innovative unlimited 3G data plan in a bid for a deeper penetration of 3G data services in the region of Maharashtra and Goa.
