Dai-Ichi Karkaria has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 04, 2016, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from July 25, 2016 to August 06, 2016.
