Hinduja Ventures has informed that a Meeting of the Hoard of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 22, 2016, to consider and approve Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and Internal Procedures, the ‘trading window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the Directors/ officers and Designated Employees of the Company from July 12, 2016 to July 25, 2016.
