Religare Enterprises has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 29, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financials of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016 (Q1). The Board will also consider the proposal to seek approval of shareholders for raising of funds through issue of non-convertible debentures on private placement basis. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for the period from July 12, 2016 to August 01, 2016.
