Nishtha Finance and Investment (India) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on June 24, 2016 has decided to shift the registered office of Company from ‘C-50 (Basement), Preet Vihar, New Delhi 110092’ to ‘B-12, 45-A, Amar Plaza, Hasanpur, Main Road, I. P. Extension, Delhi 110092’ with effect from July 01, 2016.
