Eastern Gases has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 11, 2016, has considered and approved the Appointment of Manish Yadav, as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Director) on the Board of Director of the Company with effect from July 11, 2016; resignation of Tejvir Singh, from the post of directorship with effect from July 11, 2016; and resignation of Anil Chowdhury, from the post of directorship with effect from July 11, 2016.
