Datamatics Global Services Ltd.

Datamatics Global Services has agreed to acquire balance 26.88% stake in Lumina Datamatics (formerly known as Lexicon Publishing Services). Lumina Datamatics is in the Digital Publishing and e-Retail solutions business.

The company will acquire 59,902 fully paid equity shares of Rs 10 of Lumina Datamatics for Rs 33 crore. Post acquisition, Lumina Datamatics shall become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
