Damodar Industries informs about closure of trading window

Damodar Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 05, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Pursuant to this, the trading window under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will be closed from July 19, 2016 and will continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the results.
