Rainbow Papers has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 18, 2016, has finalized Link Intime India., as Company’s new Registrar & Share Transfer Agent to take over the charge from Sharepro Services (India) in compliance with SEBI order dated March 22, 2016. The documentation for shifting of RTA Services is under process.
