Sonata Software has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 08, 2016, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, in view of the ensuing Board Meeting, the Trading Window shall remain closed during the period from August 01, 2016 to August 10, 2016. Pursuant to Regulation 30 (6) of the Regulations, the Company proposes to hold a conference call with Analysts / Investors on August 09, 2016. In this regard, the Company has submitted a copy of details of Analysts / Investors call.
