Pudumjee Pulp & Paper Mills has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened to be held on Friday, the July 29, 2016 to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ending June 30, 2016. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from July 21, 2016 to July 31, 2016.
