With reference to the earlier letter dated July 11, 2016 wherein the Company had informed that regarding a meeting of the Board of Directors has been convened to be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2016, to consider the Un-Audited Financial results of our Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 (Q1). JSW Steel has now informed that in the aforesaid meeting, the Board would also be considering raising of long term funds through issuance of Non-Convertible Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate Bonds denominated in foreign currency or Rupee for up to $750 Million in the International Markets.
