Govind Poy Oxygen board to consider final dividend

Govind Poy Oxygen has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 27, 2016, to consider the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 and recommendation of final dividend on equity shares, if any, for the said year. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from July 21, 2016 to July 27, 2016 for the directors/officers/designated persons of the Company.
