L&T Finance Holdings has informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on July 22, 2016 has approved the allotment of 331,524 Equity Shares to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the L&T Finance Holdings ESOP Scheme - 2010. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
