SEAMEC enters into a long term agreement with Hal Offshore

SEAMEC has entered into a long term charter with Hal Offshore for deployment of its Vessel Seamec II for a period of 3 years. The vessel is offered for working with ONGC and its likely mobilization will not be later than November 2011. The value of the contract is $77 million approximately.

Recently, SEAMEC’s vessel - Seamec II had gone offhire as the vessel had completed her charter with International Grout Operations on May 30, 2011.

SEAMEC is currently engaged in the business of operating multi-support vessels for diving and for providing underwater/sub-sea engineering services, deep sea diving, and inspection of underwater structures, repairs and maintenance of offshore platform fire-fighting services and rescue operations.
