Rama Vision has informed that the Fifth Board Meeting of the Company to consider Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016 will be held on Wednesday, the August 10, 2016 at 4.30 p.m. at the Corporate office of the Company at Board Room, Rama House, 23, Najafgarh Road Industrial Area, Shivaji Marg, New Delhi -110015. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (the Code) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from July 30, 2016 up to 48 hours after Public Announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results (Reviewed) for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
