Modison Metals has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, August 09, 2016 at 9.30 am for considering the unaudited financial results (provisional) of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2016. And pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, trading window shall remain closed for designated employees and their immediate relatives of the Company from July 30, 2016 to August 10, 2016.
