Nila Infrastructures informs about allotment of equity shares under ESOP

Nila Infrastructures has informed that the Compensation Committee of the ESOP scheme of the Company ‘Nila Infrastructures Ltd. ESOP - 2014’ has, on July 23, 2016 made allotment of 2,42,500 equity shares of Re 1 each at an exercise price of Rs 6.64 per share to the employees of the Company consequent upon exercise of stock options by them. The issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the Company is therefore now increased to Rs 39,29,68,700 comprising of 39,29,68,700 equity shares of Re 1 each.
