Poly Medicure has informed that in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition to Insider Trading) Regulations and Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company has been kept closed from July 24, 2016 to August 10, 2016. This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on Monday, the August 08, 2016 to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2016.
