Shoppers Stop shuts one ‘Mothercare’ store at Kuppu Arcade, Chennai

Shoppers Stop has closed down one 'Mothercare' stand alone store located at Kuppu Arcade in Chennai. With the closing of this store, the company has now 39 'Mothercare' stores, with 5 stores on standalone and 34 stores on shop in shop basis.

Recently, the company had opened ‘Shoppers Stop’ store at Plaza Mall - Pune. With the opening of this store, the company had now 52 ‘Shoppers Stop’ stores (including two airport stores) under its operation.

Shoppers Stop is engaged in the retailing business. It runs a chain of departmental stores with brands including Shopper’s Stop, Home Stop, Crossword, Cafes and Restaurants etc.
