Intellect Design Arena has informed that the members in the 05th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on Thursday, the July 21, 2016, has approved re-classification of Promoters group as described in the Notice of Annual General Meeting. In this regard, Company will initiate further proceedings for re-classification within 15 days from the date of AGM as specified under SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015.
