Kiran Vyapar informs about closure of trading window

Kiran Vyapar has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 09, 2016, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2016. Further as per Company’s Code of Conduct framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from July 28, 2016 to August 11, 2016 in view of the consideration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2016. The Trading window will open for trading from August 12, 2016.
