Sonal Mercantile has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, August 08, 2016, at 04:00 p.m. at the registered office of the Company at 105/33, Vardhman Golden Plaza, Road No. 44, Pitampura, Delhi - 110034, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further in accordance with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, and designated personnel of the Company from July 29, 2016 till August 10, 2016.
