Date: 30-07-2016ITC has informed that the Company on July 29, 2016 issued and allotted 10,459,420 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1 each, upon exercise of 1,045,942 Options by Optionees under the Company’s Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from July 29, 2016, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 12,090,430,721 divided into 12,090,430,721 Ordinary Shares of Rs 1 each.
