With reference to the earlier letter dated June 08, 2016, Cipla has now informed that Kedar Upadhye has joined the Company as Global Chief Financial Officer with effect from August 01, 2016. Consequently Umang Vohra relinquishes office as Global Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from August 01, 2016. Vohra will continue as Global Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
