Medicamen Biotech has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2016, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ending on June 30, 2016. Further, the Company confirms that as per the Company’s Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and corporate disclosure practices adopted pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company’s Directors/Officers and designated employees of the Company from August 02, 2016 to August 14, 2016.
