First Winner Industries has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on August 12, 2016, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results (Consolidated as well as Standalone) for the quarter ended June 30, 2016; to consider and fix the date of Annual General Meeting and Book closure date for the financial year ended March 31, 2016; to fix the cut-off date to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote electronically at the ensuing AGM by electronic means under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under.
