Ganon Trading & Finance Company has informed that the Board has approved the appointment of Naresh Kumar Mathur (who was formerly served as a Chairman & Managing Director of The State Trading Corporation of India) as an Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board of the Company with effect from August 02, 2016 in its meeting held August 02, 2016. The Board also took note of the cessation of Dwarka Prasad Agrawal as Director from the Board of the Company with effect from August 02, 2016.
