Sadhana Nitro Chem has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2016, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, in view of the ensuing Board Meeting, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors / KMPs /Designated Employees / Connected Persons of the Company from August 02, 2016 to August 13, 2016 in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015.
