Marg informs about closure of trading window

Marg has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 10, 2016, to consider and approve the un-audited Financial Results for the First quarter ended June 30, 2016. In view of the above, the Trading Window in terms of Insider Trading Regulations shall remain closed from August 03, 2016, till 48 hours after communication of declaration of un-audited financial results to the Stock Exchanges.
