Physical Rubber prices displayed mixed trend on Tuesday

Physical rubber prices showed a mixed trend on Tuesday. Spot prices for RSS-4 variety remained unchanged at Rs 144/ kg; while RSS-5 variety dropped to Rs 141.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 142/ kg.

In the futures market, contract of August delivery declined to Rs 142.60 compared to its previous closing of Rs 143.01, while September delivery closed at Rs 136.17 compared to its previous close of Rs 136.55 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
