APL Apollo Tubes has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2016, to consider, take on record and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Trading Window of the company shall remain closed from August 02, 2016 to August 15, 2016 and shall re-open on August 16, 2016 (i.e. 48 hours after the results are made public).
