Warren Tea has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on August 11, 2016, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended June 30, 2016. Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed from August 04, 2016 to August 13, 2016 for purchase/sale/dealing in the Company's shares by designated persons in terms of the Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
