Alchemist informs about closure of trading window

Alchemist has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 10, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-Audited financial results of the company for the quarter/three months ended June 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to Company’s Code of conduct to prevent, regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from August 07, 2016 to August 12, 2016.
