Megasoft informs about closure of trading window

Megasoft has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. The trading window for Directors and Designated Employees shall remain closed for this purpose, from August 02, 2016 to August 12, 2016. The Trading Window shall be open 48 hours after the publication of the Financial Results i.e., on August 13, 2016.
