Asian Hotels (West) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on August 11, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to clause 9(2) of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company remains closed from August 04, 2016 to August 13, 2016. The trading window shall open for trading from August 14, 2016.
