ACE Software Exports has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 10, 2016 to consider and approve the un-audited results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2016 and to consider and approve other agenda. Further, pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of Ace Software Exports. Company has informed all the ‘Connected persons’, ‘Directors’ and ‘Designated employees’ and concerned persons that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from 6.00 p.m. on August 02, 2016 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on August 10, 2016.
