Archidply Industries has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2016, to consider approval of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from August 05, 2016 to August 15, 2016.
