SVA India has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2016, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from August 09, 2016 to August 12, 2016, as the Board of Directors Meeting is to be held on August 11, 2016 for the aforesaid purpose.
