York Exports has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2016, to consider & approve unaudited quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designed employees of the company from August 06, 2016 to August 15, 2016.
