Sky Industries has informed that that the Board meeting of the Company will be held on August 09, 2016, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the provisions of the Code of Fair Disclosure of the Company, the trading window of the company will be closed from August 03, 2016 to August 11, 2016.
