BJ Duplex Boards has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2016, to consider, Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended on June 30, 2016. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders (‘the Code’) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company would remain closed from August 04, 2016 to August 14, 2016 for the Insiders covered under the Code.
