Abhinav Leasing & Finance has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2016, to consider, approve and adopt the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on June 30, 2016 as per regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015; and to consider other business, if any. Further, the Trading window of the Company will remain close from August 12, 2016 till the completion of 48 hrs after the results of Board Meeting as referred above are made public (As per Company Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading.).
