Uday Jewellery Industries has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2016, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, to take on record the statement of Investor Complaints for the quarter ending June 30, 2016, in compliance with Regulation 13(4) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and to approve the related party transactions, if any. In this connection the Trading Windows of the shares of the Company for the Insiders and /or Connected Persons will remain closed from August 05, 2016 to August 14, 2016.
