GS Auto International informs about closure of trading window

GS Auto International has informed a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2016, to consider, approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, the Company has decided that the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company shall remain closed from August 04, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the results are made public, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
