Pankaj Polymers has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 13, 2016, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2016. Further, informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for all Directors / KMPs / officers and designated employees will remain closed from August 08, 2016 to August 14, 2016 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
