Deco Mica informs about closure of trading window

Deco Mica has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 10, 2016 to consider Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended as on June 30, 2016. Under the Securities & Exchange Board of India (provision of insider Trading) regulation 1992, buying and selling of Company’s Share by its Directors & designated employees on the Knowledge of price-sensitive inside unpublished information is prohibited and doing so is an offence. The Directors and the concerned Employees are not permitted to trade in the Company’s Share during the sensitive period from August 08, 2016 to August 11, 2016. The trading window will be re-open on the next trading day when the Financial Results will be made public.
