Fortis Healthcare’s arm hikes stake in LHPL to 79.43%

Fortis Healthcare’s step down subsidiary - Fortis Cancer Care has increased its shareholding in Lalitha Healthcare (LHPL), thereby taking its overall holding to 79.43 percent. Fortis Cancer Care (FCCL) has increased its shareholding in LHPL by acquiring 98,972 shares constituting 12.2% of Rs 10 each. Post-acquisition, the shareholding of FCCL in LHPL shall be 6,44,596 equity shares constituting 79.43% of Rs 10 each.
