LWS Knitwear has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2016, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter June 30, 2016. Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company’s Directors / officers and designated employees/ persons from August 03, 2016 till 48 hours after the public announcement of the decision taken by the Board.
